Semi-precious gemstones, ancient Roman glass, bedouin beads, gold, and silver, are among the materials I incorporate into each distinctive piece of my jewelry.
I aspire to get natural, untreated gemstones whenever possible. My work is inspired by the places I lived in and visited. The natural splendor of the mountains, deserts, and forests have influenced my creations. I strive to make each and every piece echo the landscape that inspired it. My love and passion of stones started as a child- I would always find some to carry home with me. Born and raised in Morocco, the oriental mentality and culture was deeply rooted in my life. I was overcome with excitement when I was introduced to the Jerusalem mountains and to the mysticism of the Sinai desert. For once, the part of me that I felt I had left in Morocco, was with me again. As a student in Jerusalem, I was a participant in archaeological excavations. My first ancient Roman glass collection started there. Judaica collection is rooted in my love for the Jerusalem mountains, the color and natural texture of the stone. This love led to the formation of my Jerusalem stone Judaica and ceramic collection. I wish to thank my family, friends, and supporters for their underlying trust in my work, this allows me to continue to do what I love. Your support has inspired me to continue designing.
